The card is issued at the reception during the second visit to the hotel and with the obligatory completion of the application form.
The Silver Card provides the holder with the following benefits:

- 1 hour of free billiards and table tennis per day.
After accumulating 900 points for accommodation, the card can be exchanged for a Gold card.
The card is issued upon accumulation of 900 points for hotel accommodation.
The Gold Card provides the holder with the following benefits:
- *** 20% discount on accommodation (from the optimal rate * at the time of booking);
- *** 20% discount on restaurant services (a-la carte);
- unlimited billiards and table tennis;
- free upgrade **.

The card discount cannot be combined with other valid offers.
When exchanging a Silver card for a Gold one, the Silver card is withdrawn.
If lost, the card can be restored.
It is possible to temporarily transfer the card for use to your friends, relatives, which will give them the right to receive a discount on accommodation according to the face value of their card, for 1-2 rooms in one arrival.
